NPR and NPR Member stations are thankful for the support they receive from the many people across the country who count on and care about the news and programming we provide. Gifts of any size from our growing audience on-air and online help both NPR and Member stations fulfill our shared mission to create a more informed public.
How to Give to Your Member Station
The work of local NPR Member stations is central to the far-reaching impact of public radio. They share our mission to create a more informed public, one challenged and invigorated by a deeper understanding and appreciation of events, ideas and cultures. Member stations are community institutions, providing their listeners with important local news, information, and cultural programming. They are a unique and vital asset to the communities they serve, and a valuable editorial resource to NPR. Together, NPR and Member stations are reaching an audience of millions each week — but not without your generous support.

These donors make a valuable contribution to supporting the mission of NPR and our Member stations while reaping the benefits of federal and state tax laws that may allow reduction of income, lower gift and estate taxes, or provide additional income during the donor's lifetime.
